The staff was exceptional, guiding and supporting me throughout my stay. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful location with gorgeous views. Helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

bambu, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. walking around parks and ski slopes was a relief.

Nothing it was perfect.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend at this hotel. the rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby parks and attractions.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although there were some good options, the variety of food could have been better, and the staff seemed a bit unorganized.

One downside is the price point for the rooms can be a bit high compared to other hotels in the area.
